Importalauto.it is a platform that offers an analysis and verification service for external car listings. We do not sell cars, nor do we directly handle imports: we provide informative reports based on data collected from third parties.

2. Service Request

To activate the service, the user submits a link to a car listing of interest, completes their personal details, and proceeds with a secure payment of €29.90.

After payment, Importalauto.it will contact the car seller to gather additional information and generate a personalized PDF report.

3. Delivery Time

The report is usually delivered within 18h, barring unforeseen circumstances. In case of delays or lack of response from the seller, a notification will be sent to the user.

4. Limitation of Liability

Importalauto.it does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by the seller. The report is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice or a binding offer.

We are not responsible for purchase decisions based on the received data.

5. Refund Policy

The service is non-refundable once the request has been processed and contact with the seller has been initiated.

If it was not possible to obtain information about the car, the user may request a new link or a refund.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
